In five years, homeshoring will become vastly more popular, and Pakistan will become more of a call center hub, says ECT News Network columnist Anthony Mitchell. In addition, demand for voice services in China and India will climb dramatically, he predicts.

I believe the BPO industry is here to stay. Based on the economic trends of the West. More companies are outsourcing their labor needs to developing countries such as India and Philippines in order to cut the high cost of productivity but still maintaining the quality of work done.
Now a days many of the companies abroad have started outsourcing their back office jobs to Indian companies as a strategic idea to cut down costs and they get easy access to intellectual caliber of the people in India.
